Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Activation: Your membership begins once your initial payment has been processed. Billing recurs automatically on the same day each month.

2. Billing & Renewal: Membership renews monthly and will be automatically billed to the credit card provided. A 30-day written notice is required to cancel.

3. Rollover Policy: Each membership includes a 60-day rollover period for any unused services. After 60 days, any remaining sessions will automatically expire.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that month’s service without refund or rollover.

5. Membership Use: Memberships, discounts, and benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and intended for the registered member only.

6. Service Integrity: Medesthetix reserves the right to adjust membership benefits, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ notice. Members will be notified of any updates prior to effect.

7. Account Status: Memberships must remain in good standing with an active credit card on file to receive benefits and rollover privileges.

8. Unauthorized Use: Sharing, transferring, or selling membership benefits to others may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
