La Bella Spa is an adult environment, as guests must be at least 18 years old to experience body treatments. Some exceptions may apply, such as salon services, youth birthday parties (under adult supervision) and certain skin care therapies.

We kindly request that guests with small children please make arrangements for child care prior to arrival. A child care facility is not available at the spa.

If you are a multi-service guest, we recommend leaving your jewelry and personal items in your home or hotel room as the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

La Bella Spa is a non-smoking facility as smoking anywhere on premises inside and out is strictly prohibited.

All service fees whether printed or discussed may be subject to change without notice.

Guests visiting for 3 hours or more of service may enjoy complimentary access to our Relaxation Lounge. A robe & slippers will be provided for you to enjoy during your spa visit.

Vouchers, promotions & third party gift programs: please be sure to read the guidelines printed on vouchers as most may not be combined. Spa promotions, packages and discounts may not be combined with third party gift programs. Please contact Guest Service for further clarification as other restrictions may apply.

Because ample time is reserved for our guests, it is necessary to obtain a credit card upon scheduling, for many of our services and programs.

Please be advised that canceled reservations and “no shows” are charged 100% of service/package value if these events take place within the cancellation window. Please note, changes to reservations MUST take place during spa hours as voice mails, texts or email cancellations are NOT PERMITTED

Gift cards and electronic gift certificates may not be refunded under any circumstances. Lost or stolen gift cards/certificates may not be redeemed under any circumstances. Electronic gift certificates MUST BE PRINTED and presented upon check-in.

Gift items and accessories may be returned for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY if approved by management. Items must be without blemish or worn, with original tags and labels in place and purchase receipt presented WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Skin care, body care, color cosmetics and all other personal care items may be returned for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE under the following conditions.

  • products are unused
  • all packaging is intact
  • proof of purchase is presented.

Skin Sensitivity to Product Purchased should a concern arise regarding reactivity to a particular personal care product on the scalp or skin, this MUST be reported within 48 hours of purchase and are evaluated on a case by case basis. Merchandise credit will be issued upon approval, toward other products your professional consultant advises.

It is our sincere desire and passion to offer services and treatments that help you look and feel your very best. Should you have any concerns that require follow up, please contact guest service WITHIN two business days as we value your feedback.

It is our policy that all cell phones be switched to vibrate or completely powered down. Cell phone use may be conducted in the lobby area if absolutely necessary, as cell phone use in corridors, lounges and treatment areas are strictly prohibited.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our guests, please wear bottom undergarments during all body treatments. For services featuring water therapy, we recommend bringing an additional set of undergarments or a 2 piece bathing suit for women and swimming trunks for men.

For body exfoliating treatments, we recommend not shaving at least 24 hours prior to your treatment.

Like other service industries, gratuities are greatly appreciated by your therapists. An industry standard of 15-20% gratuity may be applied during check out per your request.

If you have a gender preference for any of your service providers, please inform Guest Service upon scheduling. Otherwise, your treatments will be assigned to first available therapist.

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a “spa voice” while at the spa and especially within spa lounge areas and corridors.

Our quest for excellence is an organic process as we strive to continually improve the spa experience for our valued guests. Should you have any questions, concerns or feedback with regard to your spa or salon experience, we would like to know immediately. Please inform our Guest Service Team before departure. Comment cards are also available for your convenience. Should the rare occasion arise that requires modification to hair color, nail polish application, and/or hair removal services, please contact Guest Service within 48 hours of initial service in order for us to assess the situation and accommodate you promptly. Requests made after this period will result in a full service charge.

For your safety and protection, please thoroughly inform Guest Service as well as your service providers of any and all health conditions that may be contraindicated for services desired. These may include conditions exacerbated by heat, energy based treatments, water therapies, special equipment, skin allergies, sensitivity due to medications, physical impairment, etc. La Bella and its affiliates are not responsible for any and all adverse reactions, accidents and/or miscommunication that may be incurred.

For guests requiring assistance to move about the spa as well as for treatment preparations, we kindly ask that a family member, friend or health care professional accompany guest to help them on/off treatment beds, chairs and throughout corridors in order for us to provide services requested.

Expecting mothers may experience several treatments during pregnancy including pedicures, most skin care. Massage may be experienced only after the first trimester accompanied by written notification by their physician. Therapies involving heat, energy based treatments and certain water based treatments are strictly prohibited during the pregnancy.

Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy varicose veins and other conditions adverse to raised temperatures, we advise to avoid using saunas, steam treatments and water/whirlpool therapies.

Guests experiencing waxing treatments or skin care procedures must inform their therapists of any medications including Accutane or any form of retinol product.

Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after spa treatments to maintain hydration levels.

The La Bella Lifestyle Boutique showcases the very best personal care products, accessories and gifts.  It is our responsibility to educate guests on the features and benefits of the products we showcase as recommendations are commonly given by our consultants to help extend the beauty and wellness benefits beyond the spa visit. For our visiting guests, we offer a mail order service to send you your favorite products.
